Paisley Pillow Tutorial


Hello everyone! Today my article will be a short tutorial on how to make paisley pattern pillows for your suite. I have been making these for years. They are fun to make and can be designed to fit different colour combinations. 

These are some paisley pillows for example:

Let's get designing!


1: "Press the Start button"- Captain Obvious


2: Select the pillow template


3: Chose your base colour and make sure that you have the 6-triangle template


4: Now get creative!! Chose circles, stars, leaves and the like to make a pattern. Make little circles, stars and leaves to add detail. Always make sure that the pattern is on the right side of the triangle. I will include 3 more examples at the bottom of the article.


5: Now make the fabric the size you want and place the pillow template over the area you find the best.


6: Now you have a paisley pillow!
