The Graphics Project (TGP), after much anticipation, is returning for a second cycle!
"What is TGP?" I hear you ask;
The Graphics Project is a competition created by graphic design mogul Jailer (exodus27) for aspiring graphic artists to build a reputation and succeed within the industry. Following a tough selection process, 10 artists are chosen to participate in numerous challenging tasks, at the end of each, our highly respected judges analyse and criticise their work - each week, the contestant who pleases our judges the least is eliminated, until we are left with our final pair who then battle it out in a nail biting finale to snatch the crown, the prize money and more importantly, the title of Ultimate Designer.
We are looking for new and upcoming graphic designers to take part in our next cycle. All levels of designers are welcome, whether you're still a beginner, or a veteran - this is an opportunity open to anybody who wishes to enter. Previous contestants from Cycle 1 have since gone on to ground themselves in the industry and really make a name for themselves. TGP is the perfect platform to launch your career in graphic design. The varied tasks, personalised critiques, and amount of experience create the perfect formula to mould an amazing designer.
For Cycle 2, we are recruiting 10 brand new designers to be put through their paces, all battling it out to take home the crown. The stakes are high, as the prize for this cycles winner is 1000 Stardollars, an exclusive graphics spread designed by Jailer, and a chance to co-design the next collection of VIS.
