Young Hollywood is out?

for some reason, we got a new Young Hollywood collection?
it's "inspired" by the 2017 teen choice awards.

it's pretty random, considering there was no hype for it & it's a weird size - bigger than the
traditional three-outfit capsule collection?
WHAT IS GOING ON?

the collection has been in the catalog for about 20 minutes by now, but still isn't out in the plaza yet?
i have a lot of questions.
