Hello Readers, this week I have decided to talk about a trend I have been loving lately and that is the "oversized" trend. Wether its sweaters, pants or even bags having at least 1 oversized item is an essential on every fashionista's closet. I have put up together 3 outfits showcasing this trend. Hope you like.
This first outfit I decided to pair up this big black oversized sweater by Lanvin and make an outfit that would be dressy. When we think of oversized we tend to think about a casual look rather than dressy one however that can change if you decide to use the right proportions. In here i took a midi skirt to balance out the dolls overall shape.
In this look I tried to make my doll to look "cute" in stardoll there is a lot of dolls who want their doll to look rather sweet but don't know how to achieve it. Oversized sweaters are a great way to do so. lighter pastel colors like this one would be a plus.
Oversized pieces of clothing can be hard to find due to its popularity between users, and therefore they tend to be expensive as well. However men article of clothing tends to work and be affordable and can still be found on starplaza like this lovely shirt from Mr. When trying to wear men articles of clothing one thing to take in mind is the fit on the arms, shoulders and waist. Make sure the piece you pick looks oversized, not deforming. Also men pants can help achieve a sitting straight pose which a lot of dolls enjoy but that is a whole different post.
