What is your favourite time era? My answer will always be the 1950s. There's just something about the clothes that made me fall in love with it!
I decided to make a few (okay maybe a lot) of outfits based on the 1950s.
So without further ado here they are:
For a simple outfit which can be worn everyday, a polka dot dress is the way to go! I chose the Pretty n' love hot buys dress topped of with the very versatile cardigan from Killah! The wig is designed by the very talented Stefani (fame.Lady.GaGa.)
Another trend I've seen associated with the 50s a lot is knee length skirts, you just can't go wrong! I chose an outfit with very simple colours and a floral skirt which I'm sure Sarah would approve of! This wig is designed by moon.mermaid.
This has to be my favourite outfit. I don't know about you but I love everything about it! Everyone knows the "We Can Do It" slogan so I had to make this into an outfit! The wig is yet again designed by Stefani.
The last two outfits are inspired by one of my all time favourite movies Grease!
Frenchy or the "Beauty School Drop Out" is known for her bright pink hair and clothes, I wanted to tone this down to suit my own style. I opted out of a pink shirt for a plain white basics tee. This wig is designed by Paulisha (Miss_iriSKA)
I of course had to include an outfit from my favourite scene of the movie! The last scene of Grease is amazing because you see a huge change of character for Sandy!
