Transform: Worth the Stardollars?

Hey dolls!

So today I have finally decided to try use the makeup from the Transform store! This is almost a tutorial on how to do use it but also a review. I hope you enjoy it.

I'll start with the blush. I found the giant brush made it so hard to get on a nice even line where you want it since it's impossible to see where your mouse is. On the other hand though the colours are beautiful so if you get the hang of it splashing out 10sd may not be a bad idea.

Onto the lips! I used the Miami Tan Lipstick (19sd) with a coat of Essential Pink Lip Gloss (24sd) over it. It looks amazing but at the price of 43sd combined, don't you think Stardoll is getting a bit bold? If you have the money for it by all means go for it!

I'll be honest and say that with the eyes the word 'chocolate' really influenced my decision on which ones I would try. The eyeliners failed to work on my dolls eyes though which was disappointing! Other than that I used the chocolate eyeshadow and then the bronze with a chocolate mascara. Personally I prefer DOT eyeshadows to these ones!

Now we shall mosey on down to the shade sticks! I ended up using the chocolate shade stick as an eyeliner. At this stage it's looking pretty messy!

It's much harder than DOT to work with. Maybe I just need practice. I tried putting a bit of bronze shade stick on the nose but it didn't work out. I was missing my face mask around then.

All in all it's a beautiful collection of makeup but I think I'll stick to DOT and a face mask for now. If you have the time to practice and the stardollars however.. then it's perfect for you!

What do you think?

Love Sarah
